In the unlikely event of a problem with your equipment please contact us using the details found on the contact page, we will arrange for the equipment to be tested and if found to be faulty will arrange a repair / replacement with the manufacturer.
Installation Support / Technical Support
If you have purchased equipment from us, or are installing equipment on behalf of one of our customers please email us via the contact page with details of the technical query, the vehicle model, any peripheral equipment it is connected to and the ECU model if applicable. We will endeavour to respond to simple queries within the hour, if the query is of a more technical nature we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to resolve your issues via our ActiveSupport service detailed below.
ActiveSupport is our technical support system designed to assist Race Teams and Customers with day to day support of MoTec, AiM and Cosworth Pi Data Logging and Power Distribution Systems. We can offer assistance over the phone or via our remote access support service; This service is unique within the industry and allows us to remotely connect to your computer, allowing us to view your data logger's settings and configuration. All you need to do is download a client from our website and we will be able connect directly to your PC to set up your system and resolve any configuration faults. Please contact us to book the

ActiveSupport can be purchased in one hour blocks at £60 + VAT, alternatively we offer a subscription service;
Yearly Subscription Costs;
- Working Hours (09:00 to 17:00 Mon to Friday) - £200.00
- Out of Hours (08:00 to 22:00, 7 days per week) - £600.00
